About the Role As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's financial operations run smoothly. You'll take charge of handling vendor invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Verify invoice approvals and match purchase orders to invoices prior to payment. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for payment processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Collaborate with internal and external teams to address accounts payable inquiries. Requirements Qualifications At least 2 years of proven accounts payable experience. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks or SAP; knowledge of Excel is a must. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
