Maintenance Technician
for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a U.S.-based business unit that specializes in head protection systems for military, law enforcement, search and rescue, and adventure sports markets. Location:
Cleveland, OH Pay:
$28- $35 per hour Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday, 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM Training Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime may be required based on business need, including weekends

Work with a dynamic, purpose-driven team What Youll Do:
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production operations Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities Use machining equipment to carry out simple fabrication tasks Complete basic facility maintenance (e.g., light bulb and ballast replacement, general office support) Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and perform functional tests Operate hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment Report unsafe operations or processes to supervision Maintain a clean and orderly work environment Record maintenance activities using a computerized PM and Work Request system What Were Looking For:
Experience with industrial maintenance and basic facility repairs Competency in using tools, meters, and maintenance equipment Ability to interpret technical documentation and perform mechanical troubleshooting Strong attention to safety and detail High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ready to take the next step in your career?
