Iredell County Government is offering a position with a salary range of $60,148.30 to $93,831.36 annually, located in Statesville, NC. The job responsibilities include providing Child Protective Services Case Management Services, developing Family Service Case Plans, participating in Child and Family Meetings, and presenting cases in court when needed. Special attributes and skills required include thorough knowledge of social work principles, techniques, and practices, knowledge of policies and procedures, knowledge of individual and group behavior, family dynamics, and medical, behavioral, and/or psychosocial problems and their treatment theory. Considerable knowledge of governmental and private organizations and resources in the community is also required. Minimum training and experience requirements include a Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and completion of the Child Welfare Collaborative, or a Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and one year directly related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and two years directly related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university and three years directly related experience, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four years directly related experience. Official transcripts of all degree work are required and a drug test is required. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The salary range is $61,351.27 to $95,707.99.
