A Day in the Life of a Teller Each day will be a different adventure. Below is a snapshot of what your day could look like: Welcome and assist members at the Waukesha branch, representing UW Credit Union. Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy. Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services. Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line. Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures. Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members. Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate. Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations. Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of prior experience in customer service. Confidence with cash handling and transactions. Proven ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse age groups and backgrounds. Strong interpersonal and professional skills. Collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently in a self-directed environment. Comfortable using computers and mobile devices. Skilled in resolving issues and demonstrating empathy when needed.
