Senior Management Analyst Supervisor - SES
This is a highly responsible professional position within the Office of Economic Self Sufficiency Regional Program Office, focused on program planning and operational improvement. The role involves supervising and directing employees, with primary duties centered on communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating staff, as well as planning and directing their work. The incumbent has the authority to effectively recommend personnel actions such as hiring, transferring, suspending, laying off, promoting, discharging, assigning work, and administering rewards or discipline. The position also includes evaluating employees against established standards and taking appropriate actions when necessary (e.g., recognition, rewards, or corrective measures). This role requires advanced expertise in the Economic Self Sufficiency (ESS) program areas, including in-depth knowledge of program concepts, policies, operational procedures, and eligibility systems. The position is responsible for the planning, development, and assessment of Operational Quality Assurance (QA) and review activities related to the administration of ESS programs. It also involves coordination with other Department of Children and Families program offices and partner agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely services. The mission of the Department of Children and Families is to work in partnership with local communities to protect the vulnerable, promote strong and economically self-sufficient families, and advance personal and family recovery and resiliency.
