Commercial Projects Associate
Location: In-person in San Francisco, CA or So Paulo, Brazil The Role: We are seeking a driven Commercial Projects Associate to support the execution and development of Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) projects. This role is critical in ensuring delivery of contracted projects, supporting project development, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ideal for a structured, analytical thinker with a desire to work in climate tech and project execution. Who You Are: You're analytical, scrappy, and comfortable owning fast-moving workstreams. You enjoy being close to the details but also see the big picture. You're comfortable managing projects, writing, interpreting data, and making decisions that shape the company's direction. Role Responsibilities: Fulfill commercial contract provisions (reporting, compliance, delivery, etc.) Prepare customer-facing materials and run ongoing communications Project manage new carbon offtake processes (e.g., RFP response) Support diligence processes with buyers and investors Prepare internal investment decisions and project budgets Assist in project concept development and early scoping Conduct techno-economic analysis of projects Requirements: 13 years in management consulting, finance, startups, climate tech, or project development Experience with analytical work and client-facing roles Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills Clear communicator, comfortable with ambiguity Able to prioritize and own workstreams independently Nice to haves: CDR or carbon markets experience Project management experience Sales experience Data analysis experience Startup environment experience Portuguese proficiency a plus You Are: Scrappy and action-oriented Analytical and structured Curious and organized Strategic and outcome-oriented About Terradot: Our mission is to stabilize Earth's climate by transforming nature's most powerful permanent carbon removal process into a global climate solution.
