Citibank, N.A. seeks a Spread Products Banking Associate for its New York, NY location. Duties include providing innovative capital solutions to a broad range of Citi's institutional clients, structuring financing solutions for large asset managers, conducting in-depth analysis of origination strategies, conducting extensive negotiations on legal documents, assisting and supporting the business in managing client relationships, monitoring the performance of active facilities, and preparing written recommendations and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and two years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation structuring credit financing products for clients within the financial industry. Experience must include reviewing and building detailed models using Excel, working with transaction parties, performing due diligence for securitizations, leveraging analytical tools, utilizing financial data platforms, and performing activities required for credit facilities.
