We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll make sure the right products get to the right place at the right time
whether it's receiving incoming materials or preparing shipments to leave our doors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in doing things right the first time, and enjoy a mix of hands-on work and problem-solving, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do
As our Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate, you'll be the link between production and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. You will: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, using forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Pick, pack, and label orders according to shipping requirements and customer specifications. Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and tracking. Organize and store materials in designated locations, keeping warehouse areas clean and safe. Support cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits. Follow all safety procedures and help promote a safe working environment. What You Bring
You don't need to have years of experience to succeed here
we'll give you the tools and training to grow. Ideally, you'll bring: High school diploma or GED. 12 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving (preferred but not required). Comfort working with shipping software, tracking systems, and basic computer tools. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and work on your feet for most of the shift. Physical and Environmental Requirements
Lifting: Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Environment: Exposure to loud noise, temperature changes, and typical warehouse conditions. Physical Activities: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, crouching, reaching, and grasping as needed. PPE: Safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe footwear required. Vision/Dexterity: Manual dexterity with ability to perform tasks requiring close and distance vision, color recognition, and depth perception. Benefits
