Phoenix, AZ. This is not a remote role. Candidates must reside within one hour of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). About Us

We operate 24/7 to dispatch customized travel itineraries worldwide. Position Summary
The Concierge is responsible for passenger welfare on all Part 121 flights, coordinating services such as catering, manifests, boarding, and passenger identification. Key Responsibilities
Fly as Concierge on designated NHL team flights. Staff all appropriate 121 flights with PJS representation. Monitor and approve travel budgets and plans. Maintain staffing schedules in collaboration with the VP. Ensure adherence to schedules and operational standards. Perform quality control with customs, handling, and security. Serve as main Concierge for VVIP charters as needed. Be on call 24/7 for staffing support. Coordinate with Business Development for trip requirements. Assist in sourcing 121 operators and supporting account management. Qualifications & Skills
Ability to handle multiple duties efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and flight operating systems. Availability for weekends and nights. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Discretion and confidentiality. Knowledge of security programs (PCSSP or AOSSP). Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Inflight experience on 121 (commercial) or 135/91 (private) flights required. Schedule & Travel
Dependent on assignment; travel up to 80%. Additional Information
