Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

who can thrive both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, be comfortable taking initiative, and excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Working independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals

Taking control of situations and resolving issues promptly when needed

Collecting necessary paperwork from drivers

Filing and scanning driver paperwork daily

Tracking and communicating with drivers throughout the day

Sending mid-day and end-of-day reports via email

Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner

Assisting drivers with questions and ensuring equipment functions properly

Coordinating with the technical support team regarding issues that require assistance

Notifying stores and clients of driver delays or issues via phone and email

Preparing paperwork, reporting returns, and scheduling pickups

Providing additional support as needed

Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Comfortable using email and basic office technology

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
