Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Training will be 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM first two days Pay | $18 per hour Essential Tasks: Answer incoming calls regarding a class action lawsuit Follow a script to ensure high quality calls Document the call in Spanish to English and vice versa Send and respond to emails as needed Able and willing to learn multiple projects Qualifications: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous customer service experience preferred Willing to learn multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have great attendance Comfortable answering inbound calls Employee Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs Free gym on-site Referral bonus potential At Staffmark, we are committed to your growth and success.
