Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sr. Director of Supplier Sales and Retention within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA or Nashville, TN. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for supplier sales and retention, driving measurable revenue outcomes and transforming supplier engagement strategies. You will report directly to executive leadership and regularly collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams. As a Sr. Director of Supplier Sales and Retention, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Richmond, VA or Brentwood, TN Company-issued equipment + remote access Formal, hands-on training Monthly home internet stipend The responsibilities of the role will include: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supplier Sales & Retention team focused on card spend retention and incremental revenue generation from supplier solutions. Own and evolve the supplier engagement model, shifting from operational retention to a structured, sales-led motion grounded in revenue accountability. Build and manage sales pipelines (Retention intakes), performance dashboards, and forecasting models to ensure visibility into retention risk and upsell opportunities. Design and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and compensation structures that support repeatable revenue growth. Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the team, with regular reporting on retention performance, new revenue, and product adoption. Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams to enhance supplier value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Serve as the executive owner of supplier-level revenue outcomes, presenting regular updates to executive leadership on team performance and growth initiatives. Champion a culture of sales excellence, including coaching, training, and talent development across the supplier-facing team. Leverage data and insights to inform supplier segmentation, prioritize outreach, and tailor messaging that improves conversion and retention. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to continuously refine supplier engagement strategies and ensure Corpay's offerings remain differentiated. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, including leading quota-carrying teams and delivering measurable revenue growth in a B2B environment 5+ years of experience directly managing sales or retention teams with a focus on supplier enablement, financial services, or payments strongly preferred Proven success in building and scaling structured sales motions, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance accountability Strong command of sales analytics, including building dashboards, interpreting KPIs, and translating data into actionable sales strategies Demonstrated ability to shift teams from service- or operations-led approaches to sales-led revenue ownership Experience developing and executing compensation plans and incentive programs tied to commercial outcomes Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority, particularly with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Success teams Comfortable presenting to senior executives and representing supplier revenue strategy at the leadership level Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred but not required Bonus Skills: Experience with supplier payment products, card monetization strategies, or B2B payments platforms Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting platforms used for sales pipeline tracking Prior experience in transforming operational support models into commercially accountable, revenue-focused teams Exposure to supplier segmentation and GTM planning based on vertical, spend behavior, or monetization potential Benefits & Perks: Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer: Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
