As a Sea Logistics Operational Key Account Manager, you will be part of our Operational Key Account Team, focused on delivering operational excellence and process improvements. Your role is central to fulfilling our Customer Promise and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty among our key accounts. How you create impact: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted escalation point. Drive operational excellence and process improvements tailored to key customer needs. Facilitate new business and joint projects by serving as a subject matter expert. Monitor and improve operational performance through KPI analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate closely with GKAM and internal teams to align commercial and operational strategies. Support automation initiatives and ensure structured documentation of customer requirements. What we would like you to bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or transportation, with in-depth knowledge of import/export operations, security protocols, and international trade regulations. Proven ability to lead and manage internal resources through influence, leadership, and trust-building, while driving customer compliance and effective communication. Strong analytical, ambitious, and confident approach to driving wide-ranging internal and external improvement initiatives across multi-national and multi-business unit organizations. Expertise in customer relationship management, with experience in on-boarding new business and executing implementation best practices. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
