The Pilot Plant Lab Engineer supports process development and the production of low-volume products. Key responsibilities include performing SAP transactions, contributing to CIP projects, conducting Engineering Reviews, and managing equipment. Additionally, the role involves collaborating within the team and across departments to achieve project goals effectively. Key responsibilities for this role include: Support CMP Pilot plant and LVM MFG batch process Assure that all operations are conducted within site EH&S expectations, and consistent with Fujifilm core values. Monitor daily production operations, including reviews of operating data and data trends to validate lot builds and to identify any potential deviations from normal operations. Support the scale-up process for pilot plant operations, evaluating feasibility and identifying potential risks. Manage raw material selection process. Develops and implements the strategies and processes necessary to consolidate all currently available electronic data onto a common platform. Requirements: BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering 0-2 years manufacturing experience in related industry Strong written and verbal communication skill Ability to interact productively with all levels of the organization Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a team Strong troubleshooting skills Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Application Experience with LIMS, SAP, JMP Hands on experience with Lab tools Additional requirements: Resilience - Ability to adapt to workplace challenges, maintain professionalism, and manage responsibilities effectively.
