Analyst/Sr Analyst, Business Process Optimization

The Analyst/ Sr Analyst, Business Process Optimization is part of Next Gen Ops within the IOC. The primary purpose of this role is to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support the strategic objectives of the Next-Gen Ops Platform. The Business Process Optimization Analyst partners with operational leaders and represented work groups to map current and future-state processes, facilitate improvement workshops, and define business requirements that enable transformation. Advocate for the Next-Gen Ops Platform vision and ensure alignment between business and technology teams Map current-state processes, define future-state workflows, and lead continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities, recommending scalable, sustainable solutions that align with transformation goals Collaborate with operational leaders, technology partners, and represented work groups to implement process changes and drive adoption Conduct risk assessments and complete Risk Management Worksheets (RMWs) to support decision-making and mitigation planning Develop and deliver clear training materials, presentations, and communications to support stakeholder engagement and change adoption Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates on progress, performance metrics, and identified risks or issues Gather feedback from end users and stakeholders to refine workflows and enhance the overall user experience Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and cross-functional meetings to drive collaboration and alignment across teams Communicate process designs, updates, and training to leadership, frontline teams, and other key stakeholders Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field. 3 years of experience in business process optimization, operations research, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business process optimization, operations research, or a related field. Experience with IT project management and implementation. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Skills, Licenses & Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills. Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies. Certification in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma. Experience with IT project management and implementation.
