Based in Salt Lake City, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact by helping shape and grow our Utah transportation practice. You will have the chance to utilize your transportation design expertise in roadway/highway to serve on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll work alongside a leadership team that values collaboration, innovation, and client service. Project opportunities may include highway interchange design, roadway design for new light rail lines, federal lands projects, and local road projects. You'll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business to solve unique challenges for our clients. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional to not only lead project designs but also play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the region. Here's What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer License (PE) preferred At least 15 years of previous professional engineering roadway design and geometrics experience leading projects Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience Strong Civil 3D or MicroStation/OpenRoads background for modeling and preparing construction documents Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams Ideally, you'll also have: Deep knowledge of the Utah transportation market and established relationships with key clients such as UDOT and local municipalities Strong technical background in transportation infrastructure project delivery such as Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Passion for mentoring a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Strong business development acumen to join forces with our Growth team as we pursue and secure new project opportunities that expand our project portfolio Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a servant-leadership mindset focused on serving our teams, clients, and projects Posted Salary Range

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $100,300.00 to $175,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
