Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial tracking, reporting, and analysis. Operate accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial records and systems. Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline workflows and improve processes. Support various administrative tasks to enhance overall department operations. Requirements: Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting. Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Proficiency in billing and invoice processing tasks. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
