Summary

Top tier private equity firm is seeking a US Payroll / Benefits specialist. The responsibilities include coverage of about 500 US based employees: administer payroll with ADP, handle benefits, benefits renewal process, employee questions, and leaves of absence, life insurance, STD and LTD, and benefits orientations. Assist with payroll audits. Ensure accuracy of data in HRIS.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 3+ years of relevant payroll and benefits administration experience, financial services experience preferred. Must have strong technical skills including advanced Excel skills. ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience required. Must have top notch client service skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have both strong strategic and tactical skills with payroll and benefits.
