7:00 AM (SundayThursday) What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for: Setting up and operating die-cutting presses with precision Performing make-ready tasks, adjustments, and efficient job runs Reviewing job orders for cutting specs and special instructions Inspecting and maintaining cutting dies, making minor repairs as needed Ensuring consistent quality and smooth shift-to-shift communication Tracking inventory and waste using computer systems Performing routine cleaning and maintenance, including working in confined spaces and climbing ladders Handling physical tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and clearing jams What We're Looking For
Required Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently Comfortable interpreting technical instructions (written and verbal) Ability to distinguish color variations accurately Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime Physically capable of frequent lifting, bending, and movement Preferred Experience: Prior experience in folding carton manufacturing or similar production environments Why You'll Love Working Here

Contract-to-Hire position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.88 - $26.06/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
