In this role, you'll work hands-on with stamping dies, troubleshoot tooling issues, and ensure every part meets exacting standards. $35/hr, depending on experience Schedule: Monday
Thursday: 6:00 am
3:30 pm Friday: 6:00 am
12:00 pm Benefits of the skilled tool maker: Competitive wages Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential Supportive team atmosphere Key responsibilities of the skilled tool maker: Maintain and repair all types of stamping dies and production tooling Troubleshoot and adjust dies in-press when needed Read and interpret detailed blueprints to meet exact tolerances Install and align tooling components accurately Communicate effectively with team members across shifts about tooling needs Complete all required quality documentation Qualifications of the skilled tool maker: State-indented Tool & Die Maker apprenticeship or 5+ years of equivalent experience Strong knowledge of stamping dies and modern punch press operations Skilled in metal stamping/fabrication, die design, and CNC machining Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools Experience with punch press, brake press, and benchwork Psss a pre-employment drug screen Apply Now: Contact Rayna at 763-220-7052 to learn more and apply today!
