Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience with Wirtgen or Roadtec Milling Machines or operating FDOT Asphalt Paving Machines Willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed Able to complete all daily paperwork Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license Must be able to pass drug screening and background check Responsibilities Ability to supervise Milling crew activities to maintain design specifications and quality standards Takes responsibility for crew performance, including safety, adherence to company policies, and meeting the customer's needs Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team About Our Company BlackRock Milling, LLC provides the entire state of Florida with high-quality road milling services.
