General Production | 1st Shift | $17/hr
As a General Production worker, you will play a critical role in the production process by operating and tending to injection mold machines. You will start with one machine, with the opportunity to manage additional machines as you gain experience. The role involves visual inspection and packaging of products, operating sonic welders, and performing small sub-assemblies. You will also be responsible for heating resin to meet quality standards. Responsibilities
Operate and tend to 1 to 3 injection mold machines. Conduct visual inspections and packaging of products. Perform small sub-assemblies as required. Operate a sonic welder to weld smoothie cups or insert magnets into cups. Trim excess flash from products. Heat resin to meet quality standards. Ensure product is taken out of machinery and set onto inspection conveyor. Change over machines for different product runs. Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to follow work instructions accurately. Proficiency in visual inspection of products. Skills in machine operating and use of hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with injection molding is highly desirable. Capability in assembly, sub-assembly, and use of general labor tools. Knowledge in inspection, grinding, polishing, and deburring. Why Work Here?

Work in a drama-free and not physically demanding environment, specializing in plastic injection molding. The facility operates three shifts, with mandatory overtime required when posted. Work shifts include 1st Shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 2nd Shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm with a $1.00 shift differential, and 3rd Shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am with a $2.00 shift differential. Approximately 20 people work in production on each shift. Pay and Benefits
