Cleanroom Technician / Machine Operator
We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to operate and tend to injection mold machines in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. The role involves starting with one machine and expanding responsibilities as training progresses, ensuring quality inspection and packaging of products. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings Responsibilities
Tend to 1 to 3 injection mold machines, starting with one and expanding as trained. Monitor machine run times ranging from 60 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes. Change over machines as needed for different product runs throughout the week. Remove product using end of arm tooling and place onto inspection conveyor. Conduct visual inspection and packaging of products. Perform small sub-assemblies as required. Operate a sonic welder to weld smoothie cups or insert magnets. Trim excess flash from products and heat resin to meet quality standards. Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to follow work instructions accurately. Proficiency in visual inspection of products. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with injection molding is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools, grinders, polishers, and deburring processes. Why Work Here?

Work in a drama-free, clean manufacturing environment specializing in plastic injection molding. The facility is not very physically demanding, hosting around 20 people in production on each shift. Mandatory overtime may be required, with specific hours for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including shift differentials. Uniforms are provided, and the workplace maintains a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
