Employment Type: Part Time Department: Family Birth Center Hours/Pay Period: 48 The posted compensation range of $67.57 - $82.06/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Responsibilities $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires The Family Birth Center nurse specializes in providing care to mothers and babies during the labor and delivery process. Qualifications Minimum: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license Ability to read, speak and write English One (1) year of experience in Labor and Delivery within an acute care setting Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (all nurses whose home unit is Maternal/Child) must obtained within six (6) months of hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (must obtained within six (6) months of hire) Completion of Advanced Fetal Monitoring course every two (2) years (Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring acceptable at hire but must complete the Advanced AWHONN course within one (1) year of new assignment to Labor and Delivery) or maintain the NCC EFM certification STABLE certification (for all Labor and NICU nurses) must obtained within one (1) year of hire Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Overview Dignity Health Woodland Memorial Hospital is Yolo County's largest health care provider serving the community since 1905.
