The primary responsibilities of this role are to: achieve learning and development objectives, and deliver business results, within the constructs of project-based rotations (each 3 months in duration) across all areas and functions of Procurement; each program rotation will have defined key tasks and responsibilities which are relevant to the specific function and scope, and these program rotations can include (but are not limited to): identifying/delivering cost savings; developing category strategy; delivering value beyond cost savings in meeting Procurement's strategic objectives; partner with business stakeholders in scoping potential projects and offering solutions; complete an international assignment (90-day extended business trip) to gain global or cross-regional experience and networking; build cross-functional stakeholder relationships, as well as relationships within the Bayer Global Procurement community; establish development goals

educate one's self on company policies which affect the business, and monitor progress against goals in partnership with coaches, mentors, and/or management. Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following: required qualifications include a master's degree program (by May/June, 2026) in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related technical field; passion to innovate and the desire to contribute your ideas to bring about change; ability to build partnerships, work collaboratively across cultures, and meet shared objectives; business mindset and leadership aspirations; awareness of opportunities and value that digital solutions can bring, combined with strong analytical skills; excellent communication skills (fluency in English, both written and spoken, combined with presentation skills); domestic and international travel are required (less than 25%). Preferred qualifications include three or more years of professional experience in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $78,713.60 to $118,070.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
