$23.00/hr - $27.00/hr Accountants One is conducting a search for an Accounts Payable and Purchasing Assistant for a Premier Private School based in Atlanta. This Account Payable and Purchasing Assistant will report to the Director of Campus Facilities and work closely with the Finance Department. This Accounts Payable and Purchasing Assistant role is an in-office position AND provides great work-life balance as well as great PTO and other benefits. Job Focus: Full cycle Accounts Payable, including audit for proper approval, coding, data entry, payment processing, vendor research, and relationships Maintain Utilities usage data schedules for management review Back up the Facilities Administrative coordinator Order Facilities and office supplies Maintain the vendor's certificate of insurance Assist other departments as needed for special events Prepare special reports as requested by the Director of Campus Facilities or the Controller Job Requirements: CPA preferred 3 or more years of accounts payable and purchasing experience Advanced Excel skills Experience working in a collaborative environment Experience in a private or public school is a plus NetSuite experience is a plus 18182 Seniority level
