$135,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr A leading organization in Southern California is seeking an experienced
Total Rewards & Benefits Manager
to oversee the full scope of compensation and benefits strategy. This is a high-impact role that partners with leadership to design and deliver programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans that align with business objectives. Lead annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis. Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health, welfare, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. Collaborate with brokers, providers, and third-party administrators to optimize plan offerings and costs. Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to total rewards. Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and employee feedback, making continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in compensation and benefits management. Strong understanding of job evaluation, market pricing, and benefits plan design. Skilled in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
