As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery that produces paper products. A key part of this role is troubleshooting and making adjustments to the equipment to ensure it runs efficiently and produces high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor paper manufacturing machinery. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Conduct quality checks on finished products. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of how machinery works. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Schedule
First Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Second Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Compensation / Pay Rate (Up To): $21.00
