We are seeking an accomplished, visionary sales leader to serve as Executive Vice President of Sales. This executive will be the primary driver of Carenet Health's revenue strategy, acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering sustainable, diversified growth across all healthcare verticals and business units. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the EVP of Sales will lead a high-performance, multi-vertical sales organization, collaborating across Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Compliance to translate enterprise goals into ambitious but achievable sales targets. This is a highly visible, growth-critical role for an executive ready to make a measurable impact in a dynamic healthcare services environment. Key Responsibilities

Deliver Carenet's annual revenue plan through new client acquisition ("new logos") and expansion within existing accounts. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across payor, provider, and healthcare services sectors. Build and maintain a balanced pipeline that supports both near- and long-term growth objectives. Partner with Finance to design quota and commission structures that motivate performance while protecting financial goals. Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation, brand positioning, and segmented sales messaging. Provide market insights to influence product development and innovation. Develop and retain top sales talent; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Represent Carenet at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen market presence and partnerships. Qualifications

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare or business process outsourcing, with proven success in acquiring and expanding enterprise-level accounts. Deep knowledge of healthcare markets, payor, provider, and healthcare services, with expertise in revenue cycle management, digital health, and complex consultative sales. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve aggressive growth targets. Exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking, and C-suite relationship-building skills. Proven success building, leading, and motivating high-performance teams. Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.
