The Integration Center Technical Specialist is a subject matter expert and an experienced/certified technician who assists a small to large team of level I & II technicians. The Technical Specialist will perform configurations, system upgrades, hardware/software troubleshooting, and distribution of work amongst his/her team. This position reports directly to the Team Manager. It is primarily responsible for advanced technical configurations and coordinating the team's day-to-day activities to ensure all projects are completed within service level agreements (SLAs). Role Description
Work with customers and the Imaging Team to create build instructions for each customer/project. Understand customer requirements to execute System Imaging (using ghost, USB boot, PXE boot). Install/upgrade computer hardware (including but not limited to memory, hard drives, and NICs). Install and configure software and operating systems on various computers and mobile devices. Configure and upgrade BIOS. Review and document order tracking, check-in/out, and asset information recording via AX (Microsoft Dynamics). Delegate tasks to technicians on an as-needed basis. Direct and guide the team as questions arise or feedback is needed. Act as a liaison between management and teams that are part of delivery to provide status and reports on orders/configs. Establish and maintain effective working relationships during the assignment to complete the delivery. Unpack, pack, and kit hardware and components. Explain/deliver/and communicate technical information such as networking information, system errors, and OS configurations clearly and concisely so that it is easily understood. Independently acquire additional skills to maintain technical competencies. Behaviors and Competencies

Skilled in utilizing SharePoint for collaborative projects, document management, and enhancing team productivity - Basic. Ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Basic. Ability to diagnose, address, and resolve technical problems or malfunctions in systems or processes - Basic. Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting - Basic. Ability to efficiently use shipping software from major carriers to manage logistics, track shipments, and handle order fulfillment processes - Basic. Expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, storage solutions, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability - Basic. Ability to read and understand cable matrices, structured cable routing experience, and basic understanding of IP addressing concepts for managing network and data center configurations. - Basic. Other Requirements
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or successful completion of an accredited trade school computer training program. 2 years of disassembling and/or assembling computers and configuring Windows operating systems. 1 year of experience leading or managing a technical team. Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events. Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods of time. If at least one certification is not currently held, the successful candidate will be required to obtain one of the certifications within 6 months of commencing the role: Vendor Certifications: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft MCSE/MCSP, CompTIA A+, CISCO. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $47,000 - $70,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
