The Quick Lane Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Express Lane, providing a seamless and efficient service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to upsell recommended services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs. Perform active walk-around vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance services based on mileage and condition. Accurately document customer concerns, technician recommendations, and service estimates. Clearly explain services performed and answer any customer questions. Monitor vehicle status and provide timely updates to customers. Utilize dealership software to create repair orders, schedule appointments, and process payments. Work with Service Express Technicians to ensure efficient service workflow and accurate completion of repairs. Promote and upsell recommended maintenance services, such as tires, tire rotations, bulbs, and wiper blades. Ensure a smooth and professional active delivery process, including going over the final invoice and scheduling the next service appointment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet or exceed dealership performance goals for customer satisfaction and service sales. Full-time position with includes Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay with performance-based incentives. Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services. Familiarity with dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Dealerlogix) is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license.
