Assembly Technician
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our expanding assembly team for a new second shift at our Harlan, Iowa facility. This role is crucial to help us meet the increased demand and address our backlog. This project is expected to last between 3 to 6 months, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance and demand. Responsibilities
Assemble cable products with precision and accuracy. Utilize mechanical and electrical experience to enhance assembly processes. Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently. Interpret and work from blueprints and bills of materials. Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Essential Skills
Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Capability to work in a physically demanding environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in assembly and manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
