Competitive Pay: $22.00/hr, including shift differential + credit for experience Schedule: This is a PRN position for the PM shift, with potential to increase to full-time status. Provide hands-on personal care to residents Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts Enhance residents' quality of life through effective communication and meaningful interaction Support residents with daily activities and personal routines Maintain flexibility to meet staffing needs as an on-call team member What You'll Need:
