Apply today and receive a response within 48 hours What You'll Do: As a Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of Hearthstone Assisted Living. You'll create a warm first impression for residents, families, and visitors while managing front desk operations, coordinating communication, and offering helpful support to our community. Your strong customer service skills will help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors with a positive and empathetic attitude Answer calls, direct inquiries, and support scheduling Maintain lobby presentation and support front desk organization Provide clear communication and coordination across departments Schedule: Full-time | MondayFriday | 8:00am4:00pm | Some weekends and Holidays What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED At least 6 months of clerical experience, or a combination of education and training that provides comparable knowledge Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional customer service and communication skills Benefits Available to You: Health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) savings plan Daily Pay Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Mental health support through WellBeing 24/7 Chaplain Counseling 365 Program for new team member development To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
