Rate: $33/hour Job Description
Requirements: 5+ years experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, barcode scanners, and printers. 5+ years experience in Microsoft 365 products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Skype, etc.) 5+ years experience with business communication platforms such as messaging and video conferencing. The Executive IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting staff and executives by troubleshooting and resolving end-user computer issues, including specialized devices like barcode scanners, printers, and scanners. The role also involves supporting other IT functions as needed. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class IT support to onsite and remote executives. Resolve complex break/fix issues independently via in person or remote support. Perform hardware/software installations, replacements, and upgrades. Set up and monitor high-priority executive meetings using collaboration and AV tools. Support Office Services as needed. Recommend new technologies to enhance support for executives and users. Conduct proactive walkthroughs for high-profile individuals. Assist in IT projects and initiatives across departments. Respond promptly to support requests, including outside regular hours. Follow procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring desktop operations. Set realistic expectations and communicate transparently. Maintain current protocols, operating systems, and standards knowledge. Exhibit strong communication skills focused on executive support. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Be self-motivated, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks efficiently. Work well in team environments and prioritize customer satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and integrity at all times. Be flexible to be on call during off-hours and weekends. Research and test new technologies and solutions. Manage time effectively and stay organized. Additional Details
