Environmental Project Manager
Dalworth Restoration is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager with a strong background in Biohazard Clean Up and asbestos abatement. The ideal candidate will manage environmental restoration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves overseeing field teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring the safe and efficient removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials. We specialize in restoring residential and commercial properties after emergency situations caused by water damage, flood damage, mold damage, fire/smoke damage, and biohazard/trauma events. Summary: Assigns, coordinates, and supervises job scheduling. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Communicate and establish a rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Responsibilities: Responds to leads, uses industry software tools to diagnosis issues, estimates job, and signs contracts with clients. Manage and oversee environmental restoration projects with a focus on asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and any other hazardous materials cleanup. Meets and communicates with clients, insurance adjusters, environmental hygienists, testing personnel etc. throughout the duration of the project. Sets up job scope and manages all aspects of the job from start to finish to ensure the highest workmanship based on industry standards. Schedules technicians, subcontractors, and general laborers on job projects and assist crew members when needed to ensure work is completed on time and accurately. Approves invoices and billing, adjusts as needed and assists with money collections. Resolves problems. Ensures demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild. Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiency. Trains and manages the technician and general labors. Obtains permits and adheres to all company practices, safety procedures, OSHA, and environmental regulations. Inspect the job and completes customer service survey. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Team assisted lift for larger/heavier items. Sustained period of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, or climbing Must be able to work in both inside and outside working conditions, including environmental conditions and temperatures. Occasional space confinement, limited mobility Qualification/Experience: 3-5 years of residential and commercial restoration, Biohazard and Asbestos experience. 3+ years of project management experience. Asbestos Abatement, Biohazard and Mold Certifications Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Excellent oral and written communication Skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Basic computer/tablet skills Must be willing to work evenings, on call, and weekends when needed. Must be able available in response to emergency and non-emergency losses anytime of the day, 7 days a week. Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen Salary:
