Total Rewards Operations Sr Analyst
PepsiCo is looking for a highly motivated person who is interested in making a positive impact. This Total Rewards Operations Sr Analyst position reports into the People Experience & Operations team, primarily supporting the US operations of PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA). Responsibilities
This important role will give the right candidate exposure to different functions in the company, and a foundation for a successful and exciting career at PepsiCo. It will be the business system administrator of the Sales Compensation solution (ICM) used to process incentive pay for the PFNA US Field Sales organization of ~16,000 associates. It will execute daily system activities and validations that will support optimal functionality in performing the sales incentive calculations. This position may also perform a supporting role in implementing system transformation initiatives. Manage HQ administrator access and custom permissions to the ICM system Manage all data from internal systems through implementation of data audits, troubleshooting, and problem solving Monitor data validations in ICM system, troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and impact to ICM system calculations and reporting Transition eligible Employees and associated input data accurately between compensation programs and geographical realignments/reengineering Support design, construction, and testing of transformational initiatives Creating SQL Queries to provide ad-hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs Support lead in executing merit increase, range movement and new PFP deployment Execute business/HR approved pay protections to minimize Employee pay impacts Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Must display strong problem solving, technical, and conceptual skills Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility, and work well under deadlines Detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly and efficiently Ability to manage change projects while delivering core responsibilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, IT, or Finance); Master's an asset, but not required Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR, Finance, Payroll, Compensation, or accounting functional roles preferred Experience with an ICM SAAS solution is a plus Experience using SQL is a plus Highly Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
