Schedule: MondayFriday | Full-Time *

Temp-to-Perm | ASAP Start Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented

Medical Denials & Appeals Specialist

to join our team immediately. This role focuses on processing insurance denials, filing appeals, and ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical billing, claims processing, and working directly with insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze denied medical claims Prepare and submit insurance appeals in a timely manner Correct and resubmit claims as needed Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all claims and appeals Collaborate with internal staff to ensure proper coding and documentation Follow HIPAA regulations and company policies Qualifications: Previous experience with medical denials, appeals, and claims submission required Strong knowledge of insurance processes and medical billing Excellent organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in relevant billing software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Very competitive benefits package upon permanent hire MondayFriday schedule, no weekends Opportunity for permanent placement with a great company Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time Temp-to-perm Immediate start available
