About the Role: This role is the heartbeat of the office, providing vital administrative and legal support to ensure clients receive outstanding service through every stage of estate planning and administration. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and file estate planning documents, probate filings, and trust administration paperwork Manage client communications with professionalism and care Coordinate meetings, maintain attorney calendars, and track critical deadlines Work closely with courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries Organize and maintain client files and sensitive records Perform general office management duties (filing, scanning, correspondence) What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a law firm, estate planning, or trust/estate administration setting Strong understanding of probate processes and estate planning documents (preferred) Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with legal practice software is a plus What's In It for You: Competitive salary between $55,000$65,000, commensurate with experience Full-time, in-office role offering stability and work/life balance Positive, supportive work environment focused on client service Opportunities for professional development and growth Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
