Client Support Supervisor

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. The Client Support Supervisor role will be dedicated to supporting one of the top PM clients. The Supervisor will be responsible for the account management and improving the results of the engagement, with a focus on activation strategy, programmatic channel leadership, and the operational workflows between the client and the global offshore teams. They will serve as an escalation point for the client and the offshore teams and require a solutions-focused attitude and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in programmatic campaign management within multiple DSPs, as well as experience of working directly with clients and agency teams. Responsibilities

Build and grow relationships with the clients, global offshore teams, partners, and internal Publicis teams. Design programmatic activation strategy across platforms (with main focus on The Trade Desk and DV360) and present recommendations to the client. Provide campaign recommendations and tactical guidance to the offshore teams to achieve client objectives. Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between the client and global offshore teams. Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert to provide an activation perspective to non-media teams. Develop and present client deliverables, product collateral, and process documentation. Identify and communicate account needs, concerns and opportunities for team development and business growth. Project manage the development, roll-out, and adoption of automated solutions and other tools. Act as a point of escalation and facilitate feedback across all teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Strong background in biddable digital media (specifically programmatic) and ability to speak about different channels with agency partners. 4+ years of relevant experience in a client facing role in campaign management or digital operations. Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail across multiple workstreams and partners. Strong communication and client support skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, experience with Excel and PowerPoint a must. Ability to act as a proactive part of the Publicis Media team, with a solutions-focused attitude. Ability and desire to learn new technologies. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
