Clinical Director (BCBA) Lead Clinical Excellence Across North Carolina!

Across North Carolina (In-Clinic & In-Home Oversight Available) Are you an accomplished BCBA ready for a pivotal leadership role? Take a Seat (BCBA Recruiters) is partnering with a premier ABA therapy provider in North Carolina to find an exceptional Clinical Director. They are dedicated to setting the standard for ABA services, seeking a visionary leader to oversee clinical operations, mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure the highest quality of care for children and families. Your Role & Impact: Driving Clinical Vision & Team Growth Clinical Program Oversight: Manage therapeutic needs, ensuring high-quality ABA services and developing individualized treatment plans. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, including hiring, performance appraisal, and fostering professional growth. Quality & Compliance: Lead clinical quality initiatives and ensure adherence to ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards. Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations, manage caseload productivity, and provide clinical guidance to BCBAs. Strategic Collaboration: Foster communication across departments and build community partnerships. What Our Client Offers: Investing in Your Leadership Our client provides a comprehensive package supporting your advanced professional growth, financial security, and work-life balance: Base Salary: $95,000 to $120,000+ annually & Bonus Up to 15k Generous Sign-On Bonuses: Up to $15,000. Performance Bonuses: Monthly or uncapped potential. Relocation Assistance & Student Loan/Tuition Support. Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with matching. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): 22-28 paid days off in year one, plus holidays and wellness days. Parental Leave & Professional Development Stipends ($1,000-$2,000 annually).
