Coordinator, Trade Marketing

The Trade Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the trade marketing team with the execution of sales-aligned marketing initiatives aimed at the travel advisor and agency channel. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, including trade marketing, sales, expeditions, B2C marketing, and trade advertising, the coordinator helps ensure consistent and high-impact messaging to the travel trade. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, solutions-driven and detail-oriented work ethic and lead exemplary professionalism with our internal and external teams. They will develop ideas to integrate leads, program innovations as well as grow and nurture our travel advisor audiences in the business. Key areas of focus include social media content strategy and execution, lead-generating campaign support, administrative tracking, and invoice processing. Essential Duties
In the following areas, as follows: Support the trade marketing team to plan and deploy marketing and sales campaigns tailored for the travel advisor segment Assist with the development and execution of marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and toolkits Support the coordination and tracking of digital lead generation campaigns, including data capture, reporting, and follow-up workflows Maintain and update trade marketing content on owned platforms (e.g., Trade Marketing Calendar, Asset DAM, etc.) Assist Manager of Digital Marketing & Communications to conduct post-sales and marketing campaign evaluations to measure success, team feedback, and identify areas for improvement Manage the curation and scheduling of trade-facing social media content, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and sales initiatives Keep the trade Social Content Hub document updated on a weekly basis Monitor trade engagement on social platforms and build/share monthly performance reports Suggest ways to continually improve trade social media engagement Manage the processing and tracking of trade marketing invoices, purchase orders, and budget allocations Maintain internal tracking documents, campaign calendars, and deliverables dashboards Assist in compiling post-campaign or post-event recap reports and insights for internal use Lead with the logistical planning and execution of select key industry events Serve as a point of contact for trade marketing, sales, expeditions, B2C and legal teams Manage event timelines, vendor coordination Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS required in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent industry experience 2+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, social media, events, or related field, preferably in the travel industry. B2B experience a plus Excellent organizational and project management skills, particularly in event planning and management Excellent ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally Demonstrated critical thinking skills and solutions-driven attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and partners Attention to detail, curiosity to solve problems and a focus on delivering high-quality experiences for travel advisors Proficient computer skills in the Windows operating system, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Using the English language, this person must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend policies, legal guidelines, correspondence, and memos Preferred Qualifications
Successful management of invoices, and operational tasks Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, social media platforms, or project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com ) Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours as required for events that require onsite help Passion for values-led marketing and corporate social responsibility $50,000 - $60,000 a year. This role is eligible for a 5% annual bonus, based on performance.
