Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of SPI's marketing team, providing tactical support across all brands and business units. This role plays a key part in campaign coordination, digital and offline marketing execution, sales enablement, and lead management to drive results and create meaningful touchpoints with customers.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced B2B environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and brings a strong sense of urgency to keep projects aligned and on schedule. Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Lead Management and Sales Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for website inquiries, providing timely and professional responses Monitor, process, and route inbound website leads to appropriate sales teams or branches Maintain lead tracking systems to ensure data accuracy Prepare lead performance data and summarize key insights and trends Campaign Support and Coordination:
Contribute to omnichannel marketing campaign development and execution by drafting and editing content, organizing support materials, and coordinating timelines and deliverables Assist in the creation of internal presentations, team updates, and marketing department materials Support the execution of offline marketing initiatives, including trade shows and events Communicate campaign updates and deliverable status with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and field teams Content Creation and Social Media:
Assist in the planning, drafting, and scheduling of social media content, including post copy and asset creation Manage social media content calendars to support strategic planning, content alignment, and timely execution across platforms Contribute to the development of marketing content, including emails, landing pages, blog posts, articles, presentations, and sales collateral Maintain organized marketing file libraries and ensure all content and templates are accurate, accessible, and up to date Digital Marketing:
Assist with email marketing execution, including formatting content, managing contact lists, preparing A/B tests, and scheduling deployments Coordinate website content updates by working with internal teams and external partners to upload approved copy, images, and files Compile performance data across email, website, and digital campaigns, and contribute to regular reporting and analysis Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Strong verbal and written communication skills with a readiness to engage customers and prospects through phone outreach and email follow-up Comfortable writing basic copy and proofreading materials Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud; email marketing platforms; CMS systems; and social media scheduling tools a plus Work Environment
Remote with potential for periodic in-person meetings or travel.
