Lead and manage a gigantic project, with full oversight of the general contractor, the project being affordable housing, over 8,000 units. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive project success. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Manage risk assessments and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations in New York. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the project team. A successful Senior Project Manager or Project Manager should have: ESSENTIAL to this role is LIHTC, tenant in place, affordable housing experience! A strong background in property development or a related field. Proven experience managing complex projects and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with New York property regulations and compliance requirements. A degree in construction management, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred. What's on Offer
