Behavioral Health Technician Opportunity
Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music. The BHT operates as an active and crucial part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients. Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) Job Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required. Must be 21 years of age to be a BHT. At least 6-months experience in behavioral health experience. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting. Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire. Completion of Verbal DeEscalation Training within 30 days of hire. Must agree to a Motor Vehicle Driving Record check as part of the background check process and that record must be in good standing.
