Customer Marketing Specialist II
Overview:
The Security and Access Solutions marketing team is seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a variety of marketing activities aimed at driving growth and enhancing customer engagement through innovative strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and execute marketing initiatives, making a tangible impact on our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development: Assist in creating compelling marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, web content, and promotional materials.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
Social Media Marketing: Engage and grow our social media presence by developing content and strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Demand Generation Activities: Participate in the design and implementation of demand generation programs to drive qualified leads across various channels.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver marketing materials and support tools that enhance sales efforts and improve customer and channel partner engagement.
Lead and Direct Marketing List Management: Support management of marketing contact and lead databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, communication, and follow-ups.
Creative Asset Management: Coordinate the development of creative assets in collaboration with third-party creative partners and internal resources.
Other marketing support may include:
Budget Management Support: Support budget tracking and management to ensure marketing activities are within financial boundaries.
Competitive Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to support strategic marketing initiatives.
Internal Communications: Develop and distribute internal communications to keep the team informed of marketing efforts and achievements.
Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various marketing activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Must Have's:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other core business software programs.
Ability to work with and learn various SaaS marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
