Your tasks Position Summary: Actively work with Business Line Manager to grow sales in various Industrial and Consumer service areas, such as ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting and laboratory equipment. Manage a team of highly proficient Sales Executives, Develop sales strategies for your applicable region, Conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with sales management. Responsibilities: Engage with customers through face-to-face meetings with self-generated and assigned clients Be able to identify and provide solution-based packages from TUV SUD's service portfolio. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities to include customer/prospect contact; develop relationships with clients and integrate into their operational pipelines. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on markets and trends. Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in customers, orders and sales. Expand Sales Territory customer base and orders inline with assigned targets Work to streamline sales processes and workflow Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a contract Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships Present products to prospective clients Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedication Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $80,000-$110,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Your qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
