Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
