Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions about their purchases. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
