Control and monitor weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial data submission process by entities worldwide into the consolidation system (HFM). Support entities as needed with data submissions. Ensure high data quality, alignment with reporting guidelines, completeness and timely submission. Input top-level journal entries to HFM and maintain supporting information. Perform the monthly consolidation process in HFM, reconcile structures and accounts to confirm proper consolidation. Assist with quarterly, year-end and annual OP submissions to parent company via separate HFM system (Faster). Update HFM input and check forms and files as needed for the monthly close process and annually for the OP process. Key point of contact for the annual OP process: control and monitor plant submission process, troubleshoot submission issues, ensure timely submission and data quality. Fulfill administrator role for corporate CXO dashboard reporting system: load data from HFM, manage users, create/edit reports and storyboards, perform other periodic or ad hoc updates. Provide support for quarterly executive presentations, including financial reports and ad hoc analysis. Maintain Monthly Close and Bi-weekly corporate reporting schedule. Prepare monthly working capital reporting at consolidated level and additional analysis at regional levels. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting. 3-5 years in an accounting/financial reporting environment. Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements for a globally operated corporation.
